What You Need to Know
Shipping is available for USPS rates. A small box will hold two items, a medium box will hold up to 5. The estimated cost is calculated at checkout. Local pick-up is always free!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS for STORE CREDIT
How It Works
Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt of item. At Chic & Petite, we want our clients to be happy with each and every item they purchase. We 100% guarantee satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with an item and it is within 15 days of receipt of item, contact us and we will either exchange the item for a different size or color, if available. If the same item is not available, or for some reason, you don't wish to replace that item, you will be given store credit to purchase a different item.
